Small wafer, big wow! A combination that knocks you off your feet: pistachios + raspberries + crunchiness! 💚❤️ This recipe is exactly that small big happiness on our wafers... 👉

Ingredients:
1 package of mascarpone cheese (250g)
3 tablespoons of sweetened pistachio paste
Kupiec natural wafers
fresh raspberries

Praline:
a handful of finely chopped blanched almonds
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of butter

Preparation:
1️⃣ Toast the almonds until golden on a dry pan, add sugar and butter, continue toasting while stirring until the sugar dissolves and coats the almonds.
2️⃣ Transfer to a baking paper sheet and leave to cool.
3️⃣ Beat the mascarpone with pistachio paste (by hand or with a mixer on low speed).
4️⃣ Spread the resulting mixture on wafers, arrange raspberries on top and sprinkle everything with almond praline (if it has stuck together firmly, crumble it in your hands).
