PRIVACY POLICY OF KUPIEC.PL WEB PORTAL
This document explains the rules of personal data processing, information storage and granting access to information on your devices (known as telecommunications end devices) which connect and use the internet website www.kupiec.pl.
The administrator and owner of Kupiec.pl web portal is Kupiec sp. z o.o. (hereinafter Kupiec) with its seat in Paprotnia (62-513 Krzymów) at ul. Kupiecka 17, entered into the Register of Businesses of the National Court Register run by the District Court of Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda (IX Economic Department of the National Court Register) under the number 0000176445, with NIP number 665-26-77-246 and REGON number 311604510, with a share capital amounting to 11,386,000 PLN.

STORING DATA ON TELECOMMUNICATIONS END DEVICE OF THE USER
Kupiec.pl web portal does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies. Kupiec.pl web portal uses the so-called persistent and session cookies. Session cookies are stored on the user device until leaving the web portal or closing the browser. Persistent cookies are stored on the end device of the user for a specified time defined in their parameters - it can be session time, time defined upfront or time expired until cookies are deleted by the user.

All cookies used by Kupiec.pl contain the name of the portal, identify the user's devices and the browser. They also find out if the user's device has visited Kupiec.pl before. There are many hyperlinks on Kupiec.pl web portal which lead to external websites. Some of them, e.g. e-store, are part of Kupiec property. However, many are not related to Kupiec in any way, so the user should keep in mind that these websites may process personal data in entirely different way than described herein.
EMBEDDED EXTERNAL FRAMES
Some parts of Kupiec.pl web portal contain inline frames - these are tags which allow for loading another website inside a part of the viewed Kupiec.pl site. The frames used on Kupiec.pl website relate solely to YouTube videos. Kupiec is not an administrator nor does it have any impact on the way the user data is processed by YouTube. Remember that by clicking on the embedded video the user data is actually processed by YouTube platform, owned by Google LLC (USA).
BLOCKING COOKIES
The user can always block cookie saving option by making appropriate change in the web browser settings. Turning off cookies may affect the functioning of the site.
